These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the bx99 platform and all its services. By using the platform and opening an account, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms. The following terms used in these Terms carry specific meanings, which apply throughout this document:

• "Platform" — refers to the bx99 website, mobile site, and all related services.
• "User" or "You" — any person who holds a registered account on the bx99 platform.
• "Account" — a user's personal registered profile on bx99.
• "Bonus" — a promotional reward or additional funds granted by the platform.

Each individual may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be permanently closed and the accumulated balance may be forfeited.

bx99 accepts the most popular mobile payment methods in Bangladesh. Supported methods are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. Transactions through any other method are not accepted.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

After opening a new account on bx99, a 100% bonus is available on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳32,000 earns the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳47,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw the welcome bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount (on the bonus funds only, not on the deposited amount). Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 in bets before the bonus becomes withdrawable.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• An account may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Bets placed to meet the wagering requirement must be in a specified game category or at a set minimum bet rate.
• If you withdraw before clearing the bonus, the bonus and any winnings from it will be forfeited.
• bx99 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any bonus offer.

5.1 Game Results

The outcome of every game on bx99 is determined by a verifiable random number generator (RNG). All games operate under fair play principles, and it is not possible to intentionally influence the result in favor of any party.

5.2 Technical Errors

Any transaction that occurs due to a technical malfunction or system error will be considered void. bx99 reserves the right to recover any funds or winnings paid out under such circumstances.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using software bots, automated systems, or artificial intelligence to operate games.
• Deliberately exploiting any vulnerability or error in a game.
• Colluding or placing mutual bets with other users.

• Attempting unauthorized access to any system on the platform.

If involvement in any of the above activities is proven, the account will be permanently closed and all balances will be forfeited.

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

VIP tier advancement depends on your activity and gaming history on the platform. Cashback is automatically credited to your account each week. VIP benefits apply personally and are non-transferable. bx99 reserves the right to change the VIP program terms at any time.

7.1 Closure at the User's Request

You may request the closure of your account at any time through our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance before closure, provided all wagering requirements have been met.

7.2 Closure at the Platform's Initiative

bx99 may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Evidence of fraudulent or deceptive activity on the account.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period.
• An order from a court or relevant authority.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

As part of responsible gaming, users may activate self-exclusion for a specified period. While self-exclusion is active, it will not be possible to log in to the account or engage in gaming.
